Adrian Boaru is the founder and CEO of the company and manages day-to-day operations. With Mathematical Engineering degree, Applied IT Science and Software Development qualifications Mr. Boaru has founded various companies in IT industry and he developed over the years many products and succesful business. In 2002 he founded Briliant Technologies as a family company, aiming to produce inovative and technologically advanced software products.

Providing inspired leadership Mr. Boaru has built and model a great company culture and created an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale to the entire team. As a role model, he set the course for the company strategy to build FleetMaster as the flagship product that plans, optimizes and monitor the activity in transportation industry.
