Carmen Boaru is the operational director who coordinates the organization’s work-flow, together with group management. She is responsible for daily work, resource planning and tracking the company’s goals. As part of the founding members, she knows very well the operational flow and continuously optimizes interdepartmental activities.

Implementing projects quickly and efficiently is the main focus of the operational department. Licensed in economics and finance, she works in company over 10 years, is dedicated to projects and the implementation rate and support increase annually gaining customer satisfaction.
