This section applies exclusively to data collected through the Fleet Efficiency Diagnostic tool, available on the FleetMasterā„¢ website.

Data collected through the Diagnostic Tool:

By using this tool, we collect the following categories of data:

  • Personal identification data: first and last name, email address, phone number, company name and role within the company
  • Operational fleet data voluntarily entered: number of vehicles, km driven, working days, estimated operational costs (fuel, salaries, maintenance), information about current planning systems in use, operating country, existing ERP and identified operational challenges

Purposes of processing:

Data collected through this tool may be used for:

  • Contacting you through a FleetMaster consultant to present our solutions
  • Sending relevant notifications about products, new features, or useful content related to fleet management
  • Generating anonymised industry statistics ā€” operational data entered may be used in aggregated and anonymised form to understand trends in the distribution and transport sector. No personal information or company-identifying data will be included in these statistics

Legal basis:

Processing is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent, given by submitting the form, and on the basis of the legitimate interest of S.C. Briliant Technologies S.A. in improving its services.

Data retention:

Personal data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of collection, or until deletion is requested. Anonymised data used for statistics has no expiry date.
