Starting from these premises, the focus area to which we focused our attention in 2017 was that of strict monitoring of costs and cash flow budgets.

The need for efficient fleet planning, optimization of car loading and associated transport costs, but also ensuring timely delivery led to some of the most important decisions made in 2017, respectively, we started collaborating with Fleetmaster, a project funded in collaboration with our partner Heineken.

The Fleetmaster system will contribute to the reduction of the logistical costs, being a tool of real value in our distribution activity.

We can also monitor undesirable behaviour while driving, parking, moving or speeding.”
